<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated August 1, 1997, and filed
<br />of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 97- 106681 on August 18, 1997, wherein
<br />Christopher L. Malesker and Billie Jo Malesker, husband and wife,
<br />were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of
<br />the obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such
<br />Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in
<br />Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale, and;
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, MARY J. LIVINGSTON, Trustee under a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated August 1, 1997, filed for record with
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 97- 106681,
<br />herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Thirty -Eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000.00) received from Grantee,
<br />does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Lillie J. Pirnie Babcock, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following - described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Thirty -Eight (38), Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
