Mason, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about July 31, <br />1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed <br />of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Nine (9), In Block Seventy -One (71), In Wheeler and Bennett's <br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on July 31, 1996, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 105902. <br />On or about July 31, 1996, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation.
