2� 1 ��3432 <br /> En�ironmen�al Law, �b�which creates an Envir�nmenta�Candition,or(c}which,due to the presence, <br /> us�,or release of a Hazardvus Substance,creates a condition that ad�erse�y af.�ects th��alue of the <br /> Praperty. The preceding tvvo sentences shall not app�y to the presence,use,�r storage on the Property <br /> of small�uantiti�s of Hazardvus Subs�ances that are generaily recognized to be appropriate to normal <br /> residential uses and t�maintenance of the Property�including,but not�imited to,hazardous substances <br /> in consumer products}. <br /> Borrower shall promptly give Lender written notice of�a}any in�estiga�i�n,claim,demand, lawsuit <br /> or o�her action by any go�ernmental or regulatory agency or private party in�olving the Praperty and <br /> any Hazardous Substance or Envirvnmental Law of which Borrower has actual knowledge,�b}any <br /> En�ironmenta.l��ndi�ion,includ�ng but not limited tv,any spi�ling,leaking,discharge,release�r <br /> threat�f release of any Hazardous Substance,and�c}any c�ndition caused by the presence,use or <br /> release of a Hazardous Substance which ad�ersely affects the�alue of t,he Praperty. If Borrower learns, <br /> or is notified by any governmental or regula�ory author�ty,or any pri�ate party,that any rem�val or <br /> other remediation of any Hazardous Substance af�ecting the Property is necessary,Borrower shall <br /> promptly take a��necessary remedia�actions in accordance wi�h En�iranmental Law.Nothing herein <br /> sha11 create any abligativn on Lender f�r an En�ironmental Cleanup. <br /> Non-U nif�rm Co�enants. Borrower and Lender fur�her co�enant and agree as follows: <br /> 22.Ac�eleration; Remedies.
