Clarks Addition, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Deed of Trust dated April 20, 2016 Filed April 21, 2016 as Instrument No 201602417 <br />Modification, Lender and Trustors hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Grantor in consideration of loans extended by Lender up to a maximum principal amount of $85,000. (Maximum <br />t: : <br />Principal Indebtedness) <br />Continuing Validity: Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain <br />--i unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this modification does not waive Lender's right to <br />require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future <br />r° modifications.
