<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRIAN K WRAGGE AND SHELLY R WRAGGE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JULY 13, 1994 and recorded JULY 20, 1994 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 94- 106167 been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: Also releasing
<br />Extension Agreements filed AUGUST 10, 1995 AS DOC # 95- 105373 AND FEBRUARY 15, 1995
<br />AS DOC # 95- 1000849
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1) SHARP ACRES SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
