We, Warren E. George and Luella R. George, having been first duly sworn, Cz--'y?T
<br />hereby state that we are husband and wife, and reside at 9804 Sprague Street,
<br />Omaha, Nebraska 68134.
<br />We further state that prior to June 30, 1961, Warren E. George and his
<br />brothers, Herbert George and Walden H. George, owned certain properties
<br />described as:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That on the 30th day of June, 1961, Warren E. George contracted to purchase the
<br />interests of Walden H. George and his wife, Arva George, and the interest of
<br />Herbert George and his wife, Helen George, via a land contract. That on or about
<br />March 1, 1972, the final payment on said contract was made to Herbert George
<br />and Walden H. George. That a warranty deed was never received from either
<br />Herbert George or Walden H. George at that time.
<br />That these affiants further state that they have been in the sole possession of
<br />this real estate since 1961 and have leased the properties on a continueous basis
<br />since then with all lease revenues being paid to these affiants since 1961.
<br />These affiants further state that Herbert George was deceased on March 19,
<br />1986. That these affiants further state that neither Walden H. George nor Herbert
<br />George have made any claim to the properties, nor had possession of the properties
<br />since March 1, 1972.
