Webb and Sheryl L. Webb, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
