<br /> Deed vf Trust. Th� words "Deed �f Trust" mean this ❑eed of Trust among Trustar, Lender, and Trustee, and

<br /> Guarantor. The word "Guarantor" means any guarantor, sure�y, or a�commodation party �� any ar all o# the

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaran�y from Guarantor ta Lender, including without limitation a
<br /> guaranty of a�� ar part o�rhe Not�.
<br /> Hazardous 5ubstances. The words "Ha�ardous Substan�es" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> c�ncentra�ion ❑r physica�, chemi�a� or infectious �haracterist�cs, may cause or pvse a presen� ❑r poten�ial hazard
<br /> tv human hea�th or the en�iranment when improperly used, treated, stored, dispvsed o�, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transporred or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" are used in the€r �ery br�adest sense and
<br /> include without limi�ation any and all hazardous or toxi� substances, materials or wast� as defined by or list�d
<br /> under�he En�ironmenta� Laws. The term "Hazardous Substan�es" als� inc�udes, without limitatian, petroleum and
<br /> petro�eum by-products ar any fract�on thereo�and asbestos.
<br /> lmpro�ements. The word "Impro�ements" means all existing and tuture impro�ements, buildings, s�ructures,
<br /> mohile homes affixed �n the R�a� Property, �acilities, addit�ons, replacements and �ther construct�on ❑n �he Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> �ndebtedness. The wo�d "�ndebtedness" means all principal, interes�, and other amaunts, casts and exp�ns�s
<br /> payab�e under �he Note or Related Docum�nts, toge�her with all ren�wa�s of, extens�ons af, modificati�ns of,
<br /> conso��da�ions of and substitu�ions �or the Nvte o� Rela�ed Documen�s and any amounts expend�d or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustvr's ob€igations ar expenses incu�red by Trustee or L�nd�r �o enf�rce Trus#or's
<br /> ohligations under �his ❑eed of Trust, toge�her w�th interest an such am�unts as pr�vided in �his Deed of Trust.
<br /> 5pecifically, w�thou� limitatian, Indebtedness includes alf amounts that may be indire��ly secured by the
<br /> Cross-�ollateralization pro�ision of this Deed �f T�ust.
<br /> Lender. The ward "�ender" means Exchange Bank, its successo�s and ass�gns.
<br /> Note. The wo�d "Not�" means the promiss�ry note da�ed May 26, 2016, �n the original principal amount
<br /> Df $S�,D�D.�� �rom Trus�or to Lender, tog�ther with all renewa(s of, extensions of, modi�ications of,
<br /> refinancings�f, c�nsalidat�ons of, and subs�i�utions for�he prom�ssory note or agreement.
<br /> Persona! Prvperty. The wvrds "Personal Property" mean all e�u�pmen�, fixtures, and other articles a� persanal
<br /> property now or hereafter vwned by Trustor, and now or h�rea�ter a�tached or affixed to the Rea� Property;
<br /> t�gether with all accessions, parts, and additions �o, a11 replacem�nts of, and al{ substitutions for, any o# such
<br /> property; and together with all pro�e�ds �including without limitat�on all insurance proceeds and refunds ❑f
