<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and other amvunts, costs and �xpenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related Do�uments, �vgether with all renewals �f, extensivns of,
<br /> modifications af, cansolidatians ❑f and substitutions far th� Credit Agreement flr Relat�d Dvcur�ents and any
<br /> am�unts expended �r ad�an�ed by Lend�r to d�scharge Trustor's vb�igatiflns or expenses incur�red by Trustee or

<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Fi�e Points 6ank, its suc�essvrs and assigns. The wvrds "successvrs vr
<br /> assigns" mean any person nr company that a�quires any interest in the Credi�Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all �quipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> praperty nvw vr h�reafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> together wFth all accessi�ns, parts, and additians to, all r�placements of, and ai� substitutions for, any of such
<br /> prflperty; and tagether with al! pr��eeds �including without limitativn all insuranc� praceeds and refunds �f
<br /> premiumsy from any sale or other dispasitifln�f the Praperty.
<br /> Property. The word "Praperty" means �vtlecti�ely the Rea! Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Praperty. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further deseribed in this

<br /> Rents. The word '"Rents" means all present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, rayalties, pro#its, and
<br /> ather benefits deri�ed fram the Praperty.
