ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS <br />THIS ASSIGNMENT, dated effective as of March ;)3 �--, 2001, by Allen Parcel 24, L.L.C., <br />a Nebraska limited liability company, whose principal place of business is 1115 West 2nd Street, P.O. <br />Box 987, Hastings, NE 68902 -0987, (hereafter "Assignor "), to and for the benefit of Great Southern <br />Life Insurance Company, a Texas corporation having an address of 300 West 11th Street, Kansas <br />City, Missouri 64105 (hereinafter "Lender "). <br />SECTION 1 <br />1.0 DEFINITIONS.
