<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST (herein "Instrument ") is made this ....... ........... day of
<br />March, 2001, among the Trustor /Grantor, Allen Parcel 24, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company whose address is c/o Robert M. Allen, 1115 West 2nd Street, P.O. Box 987, Hastings, NE
<br />68902 -0987 (herein "Borrower"), Chicago Title Insurance Company, whose address is City Centre
<br />Square, Suite 500, 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64105 (herein "Trustee "), and the
<br />Beneficiary, Great Southern Life Insurance Company, a corporation organized and existing under the
<br />laws of Texas whose address is 300 West 11th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105 (herein
<br />"Lender").
<br />BORROWER, in consideration ofthe indebtedness herein recited and the trust herein created,
<br />irrevocably grants, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following
<br />described property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska; more fully described on Exhibit A
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />TO SECURE TO LENDER (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by Borrower's
<br />note (herein "Note ") in the principal sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
<br />($400,000.00), with interest thereon, and all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof, (b) the
<br />repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to
<br />paragraph 33 hereof (herein "Future Advances "); (c) the payment of all other sums, with interest
<br />thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Instrument; and (d) the
<br />performance ofthe covenants and agreements ofBorrower herein and/or in any other loan document
<br />(the Note, this Instrument and all other agreements given in regard to the Note are collectively
<br />referred to herein as the "Loan Documents ") pertaining to the Note. (The Note shall also be referred
<br />to herein as the "Loan")
