Allen Family <br />Limited Partnership, a Nebraska limited partnership, whose principal place of business is 1115 West <br />2`d Street, P.O. Box 987, Hastings, NE 68902 -0987, (hereafter "Assignor"), to and for the benefit <br />of Great Southern Life Insurance Company, a Texas corporation having an address of 300 West 11th <br />Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105 (hereinafter "Lender"). <br />SECTION 1 <br />1.0 DEFINITIONS.
