<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />John P. Webb & Lisa L. Webb, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust
<br />being dated 30th day of April, 1998, and recorded in the office of the County Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 5, 1998, as instrument #98- 104255; 30th
<br />day of April, 1999, and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on March 13, 2000, as instrument #0200001970; 1st day of
<br />September, 2005, and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on September 8, 2005, as instrument #0200508862; 14 day of
<br />March, 2006 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; on March 22, 2006, as instrument #0200602404, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />following described premises, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Westgate Fifth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
<br />belonging to such premises.
<br />On this 19 day of May, 2016, before me a Notary Public, duly commissioned,
<br />qualified for and residing in said County, Personally came John Hohlen, President of
<br />Adams County Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, known to me to be the identical
<br />person whose name is affixed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged the
<br />execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed.
