<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated 10/13/2011 and recorded on 10/14/2011, recorded as Instrument No 201107717; Notice
<br />of Commencement recorded on 07/09/2013, recorded as Instrument No 201305500; Construction Deed of
<br />Trust dated 06/28/2013 and recorded on 07/09/2013, recorded as Instrument No 201305499; executed by
<br />Oseka Homes LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central
<br />City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Oseka Homes LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), Northview Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on May 17, 2016.
