<br /> inspections and �es�s, at Trus�or's expense, as Lender may deem appropr�a�e fo determine campliance of �he
<br /> Praperty with this section of�he ❑eed a�Trust, Any inspectians or tes�s made by Lender shai� be far Lender's
<br /> purposes only and shali not be construed to crea�e any responsibi�ity ar liability on the pa�of L�nder ta Trusto�or
<br /> �o any other person. The repres�nta�ions and warranties �ontained herein are based on Trus�or's du�difigen�e �n
<br /> in�es#iga�ing the Praper�y �Far Hazard�us Substances. Trustor hereby �'[} releases and wai�es any f�ture �laims
<br /> agains� Lender far indemnity or contributian in the ev�nt T�ustor becomes iiable for cleanup or o�her costs under

<br /> stripping o�or waste on ar to the Prop�rty or any port�on of the Prope�ty. W�thou� lim�ting the gen�ra�i�y of�he
<br /> fflregoing, Trustor will not�emo�e, or grant to any other party the r�gh�ta remo��, any timber, minerals �including
<br /> ❑ii and gas}, caa1, c1ay, scoria, soil, gra�ei a�rock pr�ducts withau�Lender's prior written consen�.
<br /> Remo�al of Impra►►emen�s. Trusto�shal� no�demalish or remo�re any�mprovements from the Real Property withau#
<br /> Lender's prior writt�n cansen#. As a condition to�he removaf of any �mpro�ements, Lender may require Trustor�o
<br /> mak� arrangemen�s satis�act�ry �o Lender to repiace such tmpro�emen�s with lmprovements o�F at least equal
<br /> vaiue.
