<br /> accuracy of any inspection, reports or s�atements related to the Praperty"s condi�ron, quan�i�y, or quality
<br /> of any na�u�e, and Trus�or agrees l� shall no� rely upon s�atements rela�ed there�o made by a

<br /> 4. Tha� Trusfor is, and sha11 con�inue fio he, duly organized, Walidly exis�ing and legally quai��ied �o do
<br /> busin�ss under the iaws of�he s�ates in vtirhlch Trusfor opera�es, in camp�iance wi�h federa[, s�a�e and
<br /> local law� or r�gula�ions, and hav� legal au�hori�y in such sta�es to c�nduc� Trus�or's busin�ss
<br /> apera�ions and �� own agricul�ural real es�a�e. No change has heen made in the name, �wnership,
<br /> can�ral, relafianship, legal sta�us, ar organi�a�ional and farmafi�n documents of any undersigned since
<br /> the time any such �nformation was lasf pro�ided �o Lender. Any borrowing resolut�on or simi�a�

<br /> Trustor has obtained and will main�ain all licenses, permits, authar�za�ions and registra�ions required
<br /> under any en�ironmental [aw and necessary for its ard�nary course opera�ions, a[I such enviranmental
<br /> permi�s a�� in g�ad standing, and Trustor is in complianc�with aIC ma�eria[�erms and condi�ions af such
<br /> env�r�nmentai p�rmits; nei�her Trusfor nor any of its present Property or �perat�ons is subjec� to any
<br /> outsfanding writ�en arde� fr�m or agreemen�wi�h any g��ernmen�a! au�hority or subjec�ta any judiciai
<br /> or do�ke�ed admini��ra�ive proceeding, resp�c�ing any �nviranmental Iaw, environmental claim ar
<br /> ha�ardous ma�eriai; fhere are no ha�ard�us ma�erials or ��h�r cond��ions or circums�ances exis�ing, o�
<br /> a��sing from operations prior to the da�e af this trust deed, wifh r�spec�tv any Prap�rty af Trus�ar that
<br /> wou�d r�asanably be �xpected to give r�se fio materia[ en�ironmental claims. In add�tion, Trusto� shaI[
<br /> hold Lender harmless from any liabi[i�y f�r enWironmen�al was�e or canfiamina�ian on any Pr�perty
<br /> owned or operated by Trus�ar �r liability impased as a Gonsequence by reasan of Trust�r's act�Wi�ies
