<br /> includes withaut limitatian all assi�nment and security interest pro�isions relating to the Persona! Prap�rty and

<br /> Personat Property. The words "Personal Praperty" m�an a�! equipment, fixtures, and nther articles of pe�sonal
<br /> praperty now or hereafter �wned by Trustar, and now or hereafter attached or affixed tv the Rea[ Prvperty;
<br /> together with ai� a�cessions, parts, and additions to, aIi replacements ❑f, and alf substitutians for, any of such
<br /> praperty; and tvgether with al� pro�eeds �including vuithout limitation all insuran�e prviceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums) from any sale or ather disposition ❑f the Prtiperty.
<br /> P�operty. The word "Prvperty" means call�cti�ely the Real Property and the Personai Property.
<br /> Real Property. The w�rds "Real Property" mean the real property, int�rests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> ❑eed of Trust.
<br /> Related ❑�cuments. The words "Related Da�uments" mean all pramiss�ry nates, �redit agreements, loan
<br /> agreemen�s, en�ironmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, se�urity
<br /> dseds, �allatera� mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and dflcuments, whether now ❑r hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in cannection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The wvrd "Rents" means a�l present and future rents, re�enues, incame, issues, t��yalxies, profits, and
<br /> ❑ther benefi�s deri�ed �rom the Property.
