<br /> CampEiance W�th Environmen�a! Laws. Trustv�- represen�s and warrants to Lender tha�: ��y During the period of
<br /> Trustor's awnership��th� Prap�rty, there has been no use, genera�ion, manu�acture, storage, �reatmen�, disposal,
<br /> release ar threatened release o� any Hazardous 5ubstance by any persan �n, under, abvu� or from the Praperty;
<br /> ��y Trustor has nv knawEedge af, �r reason ta belieWe that th�re has been, except as pr��iously disclased to and
<br /> acknowledged by Lender in writing, taf any breach or �iolativn of any EnWirvnmental Laws, �by any use,
<br /> generatian, manufac�ur�, s�orage, treatment, disposal, release vr th�eatened release o� any Ha�ardous Subs�anc�
<br /> an, under, abaut or from the Proper�y by any privr vwn�rs or occupan�s v� the Praperty, o� �cy any ac�ual or

<br /> inspec�ions and tests, at Trustor's expense, as Lender may d��m appropriate to determine compfiance af the
<br /> Proper�y r►vith �his section of the Deed ❑f Trust. Any inspec�ions ar tests made by Lender shal� be for Lender's
<br /> purposes only and sha11 not be construed�tc� create any respvnsibili�y vr liahility on the part ot Lender t❑Trusta�❑r
<br /> to any v�her persan. The representatians and warranties �ontained herein are based on Trus�or's due diligence in
<br /> in�es�iga�ing the Property �vr Haza�dous 5ubstances. Trustvr hereby t�y �eleases and wai�es any fu�ur� claEms
<br /> agains� Lender for indemnity ❑r �ontr��ution in �the e�ent Trus�or becomes liab�e far cleanup or o�h�r cas�s under

<br /> no� the same was or should haWe been known ta Trus�or. The pra�isions of this se�tion a� �he Deed of Trus�t,
<br /> in��c�din�the ob4igatson�a indemn��y and def�r�d, sha�� sur�ri�e the paymen�o�the 4ndeb�edness and�he satis�ac�ion
<br /> and recon�eyance af the lien v�this Deed ❑f Trust and shall not be affec�ed by L�nde�'s acquisi�ion ❑f any in�erest
<br /> in the Praperty, whe�her by�orecEosu�e ar otherwise.
<br /> Nuisance. Waste. Trustor shall nat cause, conduc� or permit any nu�san�e nor c�mmi�, permit. or su#fer any
<br /> stripping of �r waste an ❑r t� the Pr�perty ar any pvrtion of the Property. Vllithou� limiting the generali�y at the
<br /> �oreg�ing, Trustor wil� not remv�e, or grant�❑ any ❑t�ner party the right t❑ remo�e, any�im�er, minerals tincluding
<br /> o�� and gas}, caai, clay, scor�a, sail, gra�ei�r rock products without Lender's pr�ar written consent.
<br /> Remvval❑�lmpro�emen#s. Trustor shaEl n�t demoiish❑r rema�� any lmprv�emen�s from the Real Praperty without
<br /> Lender's priar written consent. As a c�ndi�ion ta the rema�a� o�any �mpra�emen�s, Lender may re�uire Trus�t�r t�
<br /> make arrangements satisfactory to Lender to rep[ace such �mpro�ements with Empro�emen�s ❑f at Ieast equal
<br /> �a1ue.
<br /> Lender's Righ#to En�er. Lender and Lender's agents and representati�es may enter upon the Real Proper�y at alE
<br /> reasonable times to attend ta Lender's interests and t❑ inspect the Real Proper�y �or purposes t�f Trus#or's
<br /> ��mplian�e with the terms and condifiions of�his ❑eed v�T�ust.
<br /> Compiiance with Governmen�a� Requirements. Trus�vr shall promptiy �omply with aE� laws, vrdinan�es, and
<br /> regulations, naw ❑r hereafter in effect, ❑f all ga�ernrnental authorities applicabl� �o �he use ❑r o�cupancy of the
<br /> Prvperty. Trustar may contest�n gvod fai#h any such �aw, ❑rdinanGe, or regula�ian and withho�d �amplian�e dur�ng
<br /> any proceeding, �ncluding appropria�e appeals, �� long as Yrustvr has noti�ied Lender in writing priar �v daing so
<br /> and so �nng as, in Lender's saie apinEon, Lender's in�erssts in the Proper�y are not�evpardized. Lender may requi�e
<br /> Trustor to post adequa�Ce security or a surety b�nd, reasanably sa��sfa��ory�o Lender,to protect Lender's in�erest.
<br /> Duty to Protect. Trus�vr agrees neither �o abandan ❑r lea�e unatt�nded the Property. Trustor shall do all v�her
<br /> acts, in addi�ion�o those a�ts se��or�h afaaWe in this section, which fram the character and use of the Prvperty ar�
<br /> reasvnably necessary to pro�ect and preser�e the Praperty.
<br /> DUE�N SALE- CQNSE�T 6Y LFTIiDER. Lender may, a�L.ender's ❑ption. deciare immed�a�e�y due and payabie al� sums
<br /> secured by thEs Deed af Trus�upon the sale❑r�ransfer, with�ut Lende�'s prior written �onsent, of al[ ❑r any par�vt the
