<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantor, endorser, surety, �r accommodation party to
<br /> Lender, including wi�hout limi�a�ion a guaranty of all ar part of the Nate=
<br /> Hazardous Substances. The words "Hazard�us Substan�es" mean materials that, because o� their quantity,
<br /> cvncentration or physi�al, chemical ar �nfec�ivus characteristics, may cause vr pas� a presen��r po�tential hazard
<br /> to human health ar the environment when imprvper�y usecl, treated, st�re�, disposed ❑f, generated, manu�actured,
<br /> transported ar a�herwis� handl�d. The words "Ha�ardous 5ubstances" ar� used in �heir �ery braadest sense and
<br /> include without limitatian any and ai! hazardous or �oxic substances, materials or ►rvaste as defined by or lis�ed

<br /> Irnpro�ementsti Ths vvord "[mprQWements" means a11 exis�ing and future �mpr�vements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile hames affixed on the Real Prop�rty, �aci[i�ies, additions, replacements and �ther const�ucti�n on the Real
<br /> Praperty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "[ndebtedness" means all prin�ipal, int�res�, and other amounts, casts and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Related Documents, togeT�her w�th al� ren�wals �f, ex�tensian� of, madifi�atians of,
<br /> consoEidations o�and subs�itu�ions ��r�he iUote o� Related D�cuments and any amounts expended ar ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trus�ar's o�ligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender t� enfarce Trustor's
<br /> �bliga�ions under this ❑eed af Trust, t�ge�her with interest on such amounts as pra�ided in this a�ed o� Trust.
<br /> Specifically, withaut limitation, Ind��tedness includes the future adWances set forth in the Fu�ur� Ad�ances

<br /> Persanal Property. The words "Persana� Prvperty" mean all equipmen�, fixtures, and ather articles �f persvnal
<br /> property now or h�reafter owne� b}� Trustar, and nvw or hereaft�r attached �r affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> t�gether with al! accessians, parts, and additions to, all repfac�ments of, and all substi�utians for, any of su�h
<br /> proper�y; and toge�her with all proc�eds {including withou� limitatian all insurance proc��ds and re�unds of
<br /> premiums} from any sal�or othar disp�si-�ion o�F the Property.
