<br /> net proceeds of�he awa�d be applied to the Indebtedness ar#he repair or restaration of�he Proper�y. The net
<br /> proceeds af the a�rvard shall mean the award after pa�ment of ail reasonab�e cosfs, expenses, and attorneys'fees

<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses of Trusto� �deb�ar} and L�nder �se�ured party} from which in�ormatian
<br /> concerning the securi�y infierest granted by thi� Deed v�Trust may be ab�ained �each as required by�he Uniform
<br /> Cammercia���de}are as stated on the firs�page�f th�s �3eed a�Trus�.
<br /> F�RTHER ASS�I�ANGES; ATTa�NEX-[hl-FACT. The fallowing pro�isians re�ating t� �ur�her assurances and

<br /> Lender as Trustor`s attorney-in�fact`for�he purpase of making, executing, de[i�ering,fiting; recording,and doing ali
<br /> a�her things as may be necessa�-y ar desirabl�, in L�nder's saie opin�vn, to acc�mp�ish th� matters referred to in
<br /> �he preced�ng para�raph.
<br /> F�LL PERF�RMANCE. i�Trus�or pays ai1�he lndebtedness when due,terminates�he credit_line accvun�,and otherwise
<br /> per�orms a�� fihe vbligatinrts imposed up�n Trus#a�under this ❑eed a�Trust, Lender shall execute and deiiver to Trus��e
<br /> a request for- �Ful1 recon�eyance and shall execute and de�iver #o Trus�or suita��e statements o� terminafion o� any
<br /> financing s�a#emen� on file e�idencing Lender's security interes# in the Rents and �he Personal Property: Any
<br /> recon�eyance fee requ�red by iaw shali�e paid by Trustor, i�permifi�ed by app�icabfe[aw.
<br /> EVENTS DF DEFAULT. Trustar wi�� be in defauit under this ❑�ed of Trus�if any a�the fo�lawing happen:� �A� Trustor
<br /> cvmm�ts fraud o�makes a ma�erial misrepresenta�ian a� any tim� in connect�vn with fihe Gred�#Agreement. This �an
<br /> include, fvr exampl�, a false sta�ement abvu� Trustar's incom�, ass��s, liabilities, or any v�her aspeG�s af Trustar's
<br /> financia! condition. �g} Trustar does not m�et�he repaymen�terms of the Credit Agreement. ��} Trustor's a��ion or
