Lender is the beneficiary <br />under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is West Gate Bank. <br />Trustee's address is 6003 Old Cheney Road, Lincoln, Lancaster County NEBRASKA 68516. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated May 13, 2016. The Note states that Borrower owes <br />Lender ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO /100 Dollars (U.S. $100,000.00) plus interest.
