This insurance shall be maintained in the amounts�including deductible �e�e�s�and far <br /> the periods that Lender requires. What Lender requires pursuant to the preceding sentences can <br /> change during the term af the Loan. Lender is under no obligation to pur�hase any <br /> particular type or amount of ca�erage. Therefare, such coverage shall cover Lender,hu�might or <br /> might not protect Borrower,Borrower's equity in the Proper�y, or the contents of the Property, against <br /> any risk,hazard flr Iiability and might pr��ide greater or lesser co�erage than was pre�iausly in effect. <br /> Borrower acknaw�edges that the cost of the insuran�e co�erage so ol�tained might significantly e�ceed <br /> the c�st of insurance that Borrower could ha�e�bta�ned.
