<br /> Att�rneY-in-Fact. If Trustar#ai�s t� do any of the things re�erred �a in �he pr�cedin� para�raph. Lender may do so
<br /> fvr and in the name of Trus�or and a�Trus�or's expense. For such purposes, Trus�or hereby ir�e�v�abiy appv�nts
<br /> Lender as Trustar's a��orney--in--fact for the purpase ❑f making, exe�uting, deli�ering, �iling, recarding, and dving all
<br /> v�her things as may be necessary ❑r desirab�e, in Lender's sale vpinion, to accomp��sh �he matters re�erred ta in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERFQRMANCE. If Trustor pays afl the lndeb�edness. includ�ng wi�hout iimitation ali '�uture ad�ances, when due,
<br /> and otherwise perfiorms all the obligat�ons imposed upan Trustor under this fleed of Trust, Lender shall execute and
<br /> deliver t❑ Trustee a request far �ull reGon�eyance and shal� execu�e and del��er �o Trustor suitable s�atements of
<br /> termina�ian of any financing statement on file evidencing Lender's security interest in the Ren�s and the Persvnal
<br /> Property. Any r��vn�eyance�ee required by law shalf be paid by T�ustor, if permitted loy applicable�aw.
<br /> DEFAULT. At Lender`s optivn,Trus�or will be in defauft under this Deed v�Trust i�any v�the foiiowing happen:
<br /> Fraud or Ma#erial M+srepresen#atian. Trus�ar cammits fraud ❑r material misrepresentatian in Gonne�tian with the

<br /> Payment De�auit. Trustor�ai�s t❑ meet the repayment terms❑f the Nate�or any❑uts�anding balan�e.
