<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Salvador
<br />Prado Luna and Chelsie Prado as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated February 25, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 200501732, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument
<br />Number N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
