<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Orlando
<br />Betancourt as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />February 18, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 200501492, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N /A, or Instrument Number N/A has been paid;
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above
