<br /> property now ar hereafiter awned by Trustor, and naw ar hereafter attached ar affixed to the Rea� Prnperty;
<br /> together with a11 accessians, parts, and additions tv, a�l rep�a�ements of, and all substitutions for, any of su�h
<br /> prvperty; and together with afl proceeds �inc�uding without limitati�n all insurance pro�eeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums� fram any sale or othe�dispasition Qf the Property.

<br /> Real Prvperty. The words "Real Pr�perty" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further des�ribed in this
