Mader, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as <br />instrument number 0200407233 on the 23rd day of July, 2004, at the Register of Deeds office of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of <br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the <br />attached real estate described to -wit: <br />THE EAST HALF (E112) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE'/) OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE %) OF SECTION THIRTY SIX (36) TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) <br />RANGE TEN (10) IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 21, 2004, recorded <br />as instrument number 0200407233 on the 23rd day of July, 2004, at the Register of Deeds office <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein <br />reconveyed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of April, 2016. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />RICKIE LENNERS <br />My Comm.
