Mader, a married person and Max A. Mader, her spouse, as Trustor, in which Five <br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of <br />Trust was recorded as instrument number 0200400248 on the 9th day of January, 2004, at the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of <br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the <br />attached real estate described to -wit: <br />THE SOUTH HALF (S1/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW %) OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTY SIX (36) TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) <br />RANGE TEN (10) IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated January 9, 2004, <br />recorded as instrument number 0200400248 on the 9 day of January, 2004, at the Register of <br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not <br />herein reconveyed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 29th day of April, 2016. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance of a Portion of Property Covered by Deed of Trust <br />was acknowledged before me this 29th day of April, 2016, by Mike Rother, Senior Vice President <br />of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee. <br />
