<br />December 20, 1991 in the Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 91- 108540.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors:
<br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances
<br />restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power

<br />against the lawful claims
