I further state that a certain document which was titled as Deed of Trust ( "document "), recorded on 12/14/2015 (date) as Document Number 201508435 and /or in Book /Liber N /A, Page N/A and was recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, contained the follow ing error(s) (if more space is needed, please attach addendum): The "Other" box on Page 2 of the Deed of Trust was incorrectly checked to include the Conventional and USDA Rural Development Tax- Exempt Financing Rider and the VA Tax Exempt Financing Rider. I make this Affidavit for the purpose of correcting the above document as follows (if more space is needed please attach addendum): The "Other" box on Page 2 of the Deed of Trust is hereby amended to remove the reference to the Conventional and USDA Rural Development Tax - Exempt Financing Rider and the VA Tax Exempt Financing Rider.
