<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made as of this 9 of Ma , 2016, by and
<br />among Richard A. Cash, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, ( "TRUSTOR ")
<br />whether one or more, whose mailing address is 407 East 15 Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801.
<br />and DUANE A. BURNS, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association ( "TRUSTEE "),
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802;.
<br />and Michael R. Flodman and Debbie L. Flodman, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br />( "BENEFICIARIES "), whose mailing address is 3227 Ponca Circle, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, 68803.
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys, and
<br />assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of
<br />Beneficiaries, under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real
<br />property located in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and legally described as
<br />follows:. (the "Property "):
<br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEYSW %) of Section
<br />Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW/a); thence westerly along
<br />and upon the south line of said Section Twelve (12), a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Seventy -two and Twenty -five Hundredths (272.25) feet; thence northerly parallel
<br />to the east line of said Southwest Quarter (SW%), a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Forty (240.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the south line of said Section Twelve
<br />(12), a distance of Two Hundred Seventy -two and Twenty -five Hundredths
<br />(272.25) feet, to the east line of said Southwest Quarter (SWA); thence southerly
<br />along and upon said east line of the Southwest Quarter (SW') a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Forty (240.0) feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.50 acres,
<br />more or less, of which 0.206 acres, more or less, are presently occupied by
<br />county road right -of -way.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interest.in
<br />adjoining roads, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal
<br />property that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such property.
<br />The property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee are
<br />referred to collectively as the "Trust Estate ".
