Bel 4 usiness Banker <br />Cr) <br />Great Western Bank is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Commercial Real Estate <br />Deed of Trust executed by MICHAEL R FLODMAN AND DEBRA L. FLODMAN, Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustor(s), in which TIERONE BANK, is named Beneficiary and TIERONE BANK is named Trustee. The <br />Deed of Trust was filed for record on July 9, 2009 as Instrument No. 200905602 in the records of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveying the property legally described as: <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1/4? of Section <br />Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 14); thence westerly along and <br />upon the South line of said Section Twelve (12), a distance of Two Hundred <br />Seventy -Two and Twenty -Five Hundredths (272.25) feet; thence northerly parallel <br />to the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a distance of Two Hundred <br />Forty (240.0) feet; thence easterly parallel to the South line of said Section Twelve <br />(12), a distance of Two Hundred Seventy -Two and Twenty -Five Hundredths <br />(272.25) feet, to the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4); thence southerly <br />along and upon said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 14) a distance of Two <br />Hundred Forty (240.0) feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.50 acres, <br />more or less, of which 0.206 acres, more or less, are presently occupied by <br />County Road right -of -way. <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of <br />Trustee has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />current Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release <br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee <br />by or through said Deed of Trust in the above referenced premises only together with all buildings, <br />fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Great Western Bank, a bank chartered under the <br />laws of the State of South Dakota, successor in <br />interest to the loans of TierOne Bank, a federally <br />chartered savings bank, by acquisition of assets <br />from the FDIC as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which <br />was closed by the Office of Thrift Supervision on <br />June 4, 2010, Beneficiary and Great Western Bank, <br />as Successor Trustee <br />CD <br />Cr) <br />C7 <br />ry <br />CO <br />CO <br />C� <br />
