Dwinell, husband and wife, Trustor, Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee, and Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated August 27, 1998, and recorded on August 27, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hail County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 108425 has been paid; and WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
