PETERSEN, a single person, GRANTOR, for valuable <br />consideration received from MARY C. PETERSEN, TRUSTEE OR SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARY C. <br />PETERSEN REVOCABLE TRUST UTA dated November 30, 1999 (the "GRANTEE "), conveys to GRANTEE, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
