2� 1 ��2832 <br /> Borrower shall not cause or permit the presence,use,disposa�, starage, or release of any Hazard�us <br /> Substar�ces, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on nr in th�Property. Borrower shall <br /> not do,nar allaw anyone�lse ta do, anyth�ng affecting the Property(a}that is in violat�on of any <br /> Environmenta.l Law, �h}which creates an Enviranmental Condition,or�c�which, due to th�presence, � <br /> use, or release of a Hazardaus Substance, creates a condition that ad�ers�ly affects the value�f the <br /> Property. The preceding two sentences shall not apply ta the presence, use,�r storage on the Property <br /> of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recagnized to be appropriate ta normal <br /> residential uses and to maintenanc�of the Property�includ�ng,but nat�imited to, hazardous substances <br /> . <br /> in cansumer praducts}. <br /> Borr�vver sha11 promptly gi�e Lender vvritten notice of�a�any�nvestigati�n, claim, demand, lawsuit <br /> or other action hy any governmental or regulat�ry agency or pri�ate party involving the Pr�perty and <br /> any Hazardous Substance or En�ironmental Law of which Borrower has actual knawledge,�b}any <br /> Environmenta.l�andit�on, in�luding but n�t limited to,any spi��ing, leaking, discharge,release ar <br /> �hreat�f release af any Hazardous Substance, and�c}any conditi�n caused by the presence,use or <br /> release of a Hazardous Substance which ad�erse�y affeCts the�alue of the Pr�perty. If Borrower learns, <br /> or is n�tzfied hy any governmental or regulatory authority, or any pri�ate party,that any remo�al or <br /> other r�mediactian of a.r�y Hazardous Substance affect�ng the Praper�y is necessary, Barrawer sha�� <br /> pr�mptly ta.ke al�necessary remedial actians in accordance with En�iranmental Law.Nothing herein <br /> shall create any ob�igation on Lender for an Env�ronmental C�eanup. <br /> Non-Uniform Co�enants. Barrovver and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br /> 22. Acceleration; R�m�d ies.
