<br /> Borrawer sha11 not cause or permit the presence,use,dispvsa�, st�rag�,or release of an��Hazardous
<br /> Substances,or t�reaten t�release any�azard�us Substances,an o��n the FrQpert�, Borro�ver s�.a���v�dv,
<br /> nar a�low anyone else to do,anything affecting the Property�a}that i�in vioiatian of a�ny En�uonment�.�
<br /> Law,(b)wh�ch creates an En�ironmenta�C�ndition,or�c}which,due to the presence,use�or release of a
<br /> Ha�ardous Subs�ance,creates a condition that adversely affects the va�ue of t�e Property. T�e preceding two
<br /> . sentenc�s shalt not apply ta�he presence,use,or s�orage on the Praper�of small quantities af Ha�ardous
<br /> Subs�ance�that are generally recogni�ed to be appropriate to narrrial residential uses and to maintenance of

<br /> act�an by any go�er�n.mental or reg�u�atary ag�ncy or pr�vate part�xn�o��Yng the Pro�pe�r and an�Ha�ardous
<br /> Substa.nce or Environmental Law of wh�ch$orrower has actual kn�wledge, (��any Environm�ntal
<br /> ConC�itlOn,inc�uding but not limit�d�o,any spilling,leaking,discharge,release or thr�at of rel�ase af an�
<br /> Hazardous Sub�ta�ee,and[c}any condition�aused by the presence,use or r��ease of a Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> which adversely affe�ts the value of the Property. If Borro�ver learn.s,nr is notified by any gavernmental Qr
<br /> regulatary autharity,or any private party,�hat any remova�ar other remediation of any Hazardous Substance
