<br /> E�ent o�De�au�t. The words "E�ent vf Defaul�" mean any of�he e�ents of default set forth in th�s ❑eed of Trus�in

<br /> Guarantor. The word "Guarantor" means any guaran�or, surety, or accommodation party o� any or all of �he
<br /> Indebtedness.
<br /> Guaranty. Th� w�rd "Guaranty" means �he guaran�y from �uaran�or �o Lender, including without limitation a
<br /> guaranty of alf or part a�the Note.
<br /> Hazardvus 5uhstan��s. Th� words "Hazardous Su�stances" mean ma�erials �ha�, because �f their quantifiy,
<br /> c�n�entra�ion ar physicai, chemicaf ar in�ectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or patentia� hazard
<br /> �o human heal�h or the en�ironm�nt when improp�r�y used, treated, stared, disposed of, genera�ed, manufactured,
<br /> �ransported or o�h�rwise handled. Th� words "Hazardous 5u�stances" are used in their �ery broadest sens� and
<br /> inc�ude wi�hout �imi�ation any and all hazardaus ❑r toxic substances, materia�s or was�e as defined by or listed
<br /> under the En�ironmen�al Laws. The term "Ha�ardous 5ubstances" also in��udes, withaut limitation, petrafeum and

<br /> Impr��ements. The word "�mprv��ments" means aff existing and �uture impr��ements, buildings, stru�tures,
<br /> m�biie homes a##ixed on �he Real Proper�y, fa�ilities, additians, replacements and other canstru�tion on the Rea�
<br /> Pr�perty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indehtedness" means all principal, interes�, and o�her amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Nate or Re�ated Documents, tvgether with all renewals of, ex�ensions o�, modifica�ions of,
<br /> cvnsolidatians of and subst�tutions �or the Note or Related Documents and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender �o discharg� Trustor's obligatians flr expenses incurred #�y Truste� or Lender to enf�rce Trustor's

<br /> deeds, collateral mor�gages, and a[f ather instruments, agreements and documents, whe�her naw or her�a�ter

<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, rayaities, profi�s, and
