STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)§ <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS ) <br />n r <br />2 �t k <br />m tol <br />nZ <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Terry R stine, President <br />Five Points Bank of Hastings, 2815 Osborne Drive West, Hastings, NE 68901 <br />LOT TEN (10), DICKEY SEVENTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT OF LAND DEEDED TO THE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 78-001329 <br />FIVE POINTS BANK OF HASTINGS <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated February 18, 2015, executed by EVAN M VOLZKE AND KRISTA M <br />VOLZKE; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank of <br />Hastings, as Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which <br />was recorded February 25, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument #201501129. <br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the <br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />paid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 3rd day of May 2016. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 3rd day of <br />May, 2016, by Terry R Anstine, President of Five Points Bank of Hastings, a Nebraska <br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee and Beneficiary. <br />` u <br />
