Schultz, husband and <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Wilbur J. <br />McCumber, Trustee of the Wilbur J.
