Wadzinski and Michael W. <br />Wadzinski, Trustees of the LeRoy A. Wadzinski Qualified Personal Residence Trust, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Bruce L.
