<br /> �b}"En�ironmental Law"means federal laws and Iaws af the j urisdi�tian where the Property is located
<br /> that relate to health,saf'ety or enviror�mentai protect�on;�c}"En�ironm�ntal��ean�jp"includes a��y
<br /> response action,remedi�l action,��r ren�oval actioi�,t�s defiin�d in Eilviranmental Law;and(d}an
<br /> "En�irnni�en�al Cnnditi�}n"t��earts a carlditiot�that can cause,corttribute t�,or otherw�se trigger an
<br /> Environmental Cleanup.
<br /> Sorrower s��a�l t�at cause or permit t}�e presen�e,use,disp�sa�,starage,ar release of any Ha�ardaus
<br /> 5ubstances,or threaten to reiease any Hazardous Substances,on or irl t�ze�'roperty.�3orrower shall nnt
<br /> do,nor allow anyone else to da,anythin�aftecting the Prnperty�a}that is in vir�latinn of any Environmental
<br /> Law,(b}which creat�s an Envtronmen�al�atldition,or�c}which,due to the presence,use,or release of
<br /> a Hazardous Substance,�reates a condition that ad�ersely affects the�alue of the I'roperty.The pre�eding
<br /> two sentences shall nt�t appiy to the presenr:e,use,c�r stnra�e❑n the I'rnperty of small quantrties of
<br /> Hazardous 5ubstances that are gen�rally recn�nized to be appropriate ta�Zarrnal residential uses and ta
