Refinancer is the beneficiary <br />under a deed of trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust ") dated ` c`Q eqp\ "D <br />20 ‘') , granted by the Borrower, and recorded in the s office on <br />mt4 , 20 1y , as QC) \kp t a , <br />encumbering t e p perry.
