<br /> gasoline, �erosene, ather flammable or toxic petr�leum products, toxic pesticides and her�icides, �olatile sol�ents,
<br /> materials con�aining asbes�os or �ormal�ehyde, and radioacti�e materials; �b� "EnWiranmental Lavv" means federal
<br /> laws and laws of the jurisd�ction vWhere�he Property is located that relate�o health, safety ar e�vironmental pra�ection;
<br /> �c} "En�ironmental �leanup" includes any response action, re�nedial action, or re�no�a1 actian, as defined in
<br /> Enviranmental Law; and �d� an "Environmental �ond�tion" �neans a condition that can cause, contribu�� to, or
<br /> athervvise trigger an Environmental.�]eanup.
<br /> BorrovWer shall nat�ause or permit�he presence,use, disposal, s�orage, or release�f an}�Hazardous Substances,
<br /> or threa�en to reiease any Hazardous 5ubstanc�s, on or in th�Property. Bflrrower sha11 not do, nor a11ow anyune else
<br /> to do, anyth�ng affecting �he Proper�y �a} that is in ��olation a�any En�ironmen�al Law, ��} which creates an
<br /> En�ironmental Condition, or �c} v►�hich, due to th� presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Subs�ance, creates a
<br /> candition that ad�ersely affec�s the �alue of the Property. The preceding tvWo sentences shall not apply �v the
<br /> presence, use, ar s�orage on the Praperty of small9uantities af Hazardous Substances that are generally recagnized
<br /> �o be appropriate ta n�rmal r�sidential uses and �o rnaintenance �f the Property �including, but not limited �o,
<br /> ha2ardaus substances in consumer produc�s}.
<br /> B�rrawer shatl promptly gi�e Lender written notice vf�a� any in�estigation, �laim, demand, �awsui�or ath�r
<br /> action by any go�ernmental ar regula�ary agency or pri�ate party xn�ol�ing the Praperty and any Hazardous 5ubstanc� �
<br /> �r En�ironmental Law of which Borrower has ac�ual knovWledge, �1�}any Enviranmental Condition, includ�ng but not
<br /> limited to, any spilling, leaking, disc�arge, r�lease ar threat of release �f an� Hazardous Su�stance, and �c� any
<br /> c�ndition caus�d by the presence, use or release of a Hazardous Sul�stance which ad�ersely affects the�alue of the
<br /> Property. If Borrower learns, or is notified by any go�ernmen�al �r regulat�ry authority, ar any pri�ate party, that
<br /> any remo�al or other remed�ation of any Hazardous Subs�ance affecting the Property is necessary, BorrovWer �hall
<br /> pr�mptly take all necessary remedial actions in accordance with En�irvnmental Law. Nathing h�rein shall create any
<br /> obligati�n on Lender for an En�ironmental �leanup.
