<br /> Lender's privr written consent. As a cvndition to�he �emvWal nfi any �mpro�ements, Lender may require Trustor tv
<br /> make arrangements satisfactory tv Lender tv rep[ace such �mprv�ements with lmprv�ements vf at least equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Righ�tv Enter. Lender and Lender`s agents and representati�es may enter upan the Real Property at a��
<br /> reasvnable �imes to attend to Lender's in�erests and tv inspect the Real Property far purpvses of Trus�ar's
<br /> comp[iance with the terms and cond'€t€vns of this Deed o�F Trust.
<br /> Compliance with Governmentat Requirements. Trus�or shafl pr�mpt�y c�mply with a[3 laws, ordinances, and
<br /> r�gulations, now or herea��er in e#fec#, of all go�ernmen�ta� authorities appficabfe to the use vr vccupancy ❑# the
<br /> Property, including without limitativn, ths Americans Vllith Di�abilities Act. Trustor may contest in gvvd �aith any
<br /> such faw, ordinance, vr regula#ivn and withhold compliance during any proceeding, including apprvpriate appeals,

<br /> Nvtice of Constructivn. Trustnr sha[[ nofiify Lender at Ieast �i�teen ��5� days t�efore any wvrk is cvmmenced, any
<br /> serv�ces are #urnished, ❑r any materials are supp�ied ta �he Properfiy, if any mechanic`s lien, materialmen's ��en, or
<br /> ofiher [ien could be asserted on acCoun� af the work, ser�ices, ❑r materials. Trustor will upon request o� Lender
<br /> furnish to Lender advance assurances sarisfac�ory tv Lender that Trustor can and will pay fihe cost of such
