<br /> ser�ices are �urnished, or any materials are supp�ied tv the Propsrty, if any mechani�'s ��en, materialmen's lien, ❑r

<br /> �urnish �o Lender ad�ance assurances satisfac�ory to Lender �hat Trus��r can and will pay the cost af such

<br /> PRQPER'TY DAMA�E INSLIRANCE. The follvw�ng pro��siflns relating to insuring the Property are a part of�his Deed ❑f

<br /> IVlaintenance v# lnsurance. Trustor shall procure and mainta�n p��icies of f�re insuran�e with standard extended
<br /> ca�erage endorsemen�s vn a fair �alue basis for th� ful� �nsurable �alue co�er�ng al1 Impro�ements on the Reai
<br /> Property �n an amount su�ff�cient to avoid applicat�on a� any co�nsuran�� ciause, and with a stan�ard mor�gagee
<br /> clause in fa��r af Lender. Trustor shall alsv procure and maintain comprehens�v�general lia��lity insurance in such
<br /> �oW�rage amaun�s as Lende� may request wi�h T�ustee and Lender being named as additianal insureds in such
<br /> liability insuran�e pali�ies. Addit�onally, Trustor shall ma�n�ain such o�her insuranc�, inc�uding but not �imited �❑
<br /> ha�ard, business interrup�ion, and boile� insuran�e, as L�nder may reasonably require. Po[icies shall be wri��en in
<br /> form, am�unts, co�erages and basis reasona�ly acceptable t� Lender and issued by a cornpany or �ompanies
<br /> reasonably a�ceptabie t� Len�er. Trustor. upQn request of Lender, wi[i deliver ta L�nder fr�m time to time the
<br /> pol�c�es or certifiicates a�insurance in form satisfac�ary t� Lend�r, including stipulations tha�c��erages wil� not b�
<br /> cancelled or diminished wifihou� at feas� t�n {��� days prior wrifi�ten n�ti�e to Lender. Each insurance palicy alsfl
