<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the �`aay of April, 2000, Union Planters Bank, National
<br />Association, f/k/a Union Planters National Bank, successor by merger to Leader Federal Bank for Savings, f/k/a
<br />Leader Federal Savings and Loan Association, as plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, against Linda J. Harris, a single person, as defendant, the object atI"d prayer of such Petition being to
<br />obtain an accounting, to foreclose a mortgage given by Linda J. Harris, a single person, to FirsTier Mortgage Co.
<br />to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendant, to
<br />obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured
<br />by such mortgage and to obtain other equitable relief; that such mortgage is dated July 7, 1986, and was recorded
<br />on July 8, 1986, as Document No. 86- 103701 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to
<br />such mortgagee the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point Fifty Three and Nine Tenths feet (53.0') North of
<br />the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 as now located; running thence northerly along the East line of
<br />said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 as now located One Hundred Forty Three and Nine Tenths feet (143.9') to the actual
<br />point of beginning; running thence westerly at right angles Two Hundred Thirty Feet (230'); running
