WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICK DAMKROGER, as Substitute Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated February 20, 1998, executed by JOSEPH R. BERAN and BARBARA L. BERAN, as
<br />Trustors, in which GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION, now known as
<br />CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., is named as Beneficia and the undersigned is named
<br />as Substitute Trustee, and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on February 24, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 101551, has received from
<br />CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums due and other obligations secured by said Deed of Trust have
<br />been fully paid and satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the above - referenced request of Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned, as Substitute Trustee of said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey, without warranty,
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by Substitute Trustee in the
