<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Construction Deeds of Trust dated May 10, 2012, June 21, 2012, and July 31, 2013
<br />and executed by Montie A. Fyfe and Kimbelry A. Fyfe, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 16, 2012,
<br />June 27, 2012, and August 6, 2013, as Instrument No 2012 - 03885, 2012 - 05197, and 2013-
<br />06336.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block Seven (7), Gladstone Place in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of April, 2016.
