<br />Know all men by these presents, that
<br />USA INNS OF GRAND ISLAND, a Limited Partnership,
<br />the owners of record of the real estate shown on
<br />the accompanying plat and described in the "Legal
<br />Description" hereon, have caused the some to be
<br />surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as
<br />"KRUG SECOND SUBDIVISION ", a subdivision to Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and do hereby dedicate the
<br />easements, if any, as shown thereon, to the Public
<br />for their use forever, for the location, construction
<br />and maintenance of public utilities, together with the
<br />right of egress and ingress thereto, and hereby prohibit
<br />the planting of trees, bushes and shrubs, or placing
<br />other obstructions upon, over, along, or underneath the
<br />surface of such easements, and that the foregoing
<br />subdivision as is more particularly described in the
<br />"Legal Description" hereon is made with the free
<br />consent and in accordance with the undersigned
<br />Owner and Proprietor.
