<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Debra A. Baxter, a married person and Bret A. Baxter, her husband Trustor, to
<br />HPr;tage Rank, f /k /a Bank of Wood River Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank, f /k /a Bank of Wood River I the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated December 15 119 92 and recorded December 17, 1992
<br />"X in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 92-110842 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 NW 1/4) of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section
<br />Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska lying South of the Union Pacific Railroad Right
<br />of Way.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
